We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of services, products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on our Website is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in our Service will be corrected.

For your comfort and your beautician’s one, please do not hesitate to use a baby wipe prior to your Bikini wax for a quick clean up. Please also note that our beauticians have a right to refuse your Bikini wax if you are on your period.

We reserve the right to not redo your gel manicure in the event your nails would chipped off after more than 5 days.

Please note that if you purchased a package or prepaid for a treatment, we can only refund it within 5 days after purchase.

Please note if you book a treatment that you have prepaid (package, voucher, payment online..), we can only reschedule or cancel it if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Please note that any Package or Voucher you purchase with us need to be used within 6 month after purchase.

Please note that if you are unhappy with your treatment, we do not refund it, we can only offer to redo it for free.

Please note that if you wish to cancel your membership, we can only do it with a notice of 30 days.

Prices

We reserve the right to change the price of the products shown on our Website and withdraw or change product offers at all times.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our Service.

Please note that if you have prepaid for a treatment and/or purchased a package, the treatment will be lost if you booked it and cancelled/rescheduled it with less than 24 hours notice.

If you sign up for the membership and make a booking with us that you do not cancel with more than 24 hours notice , we reserve the right to charge the amount on your credit card.

Please note that if you have prepaid for a treatment or bought a package, you need to show us the receipt proving the prepayment or the Loyalty card for the package. If we can’t check any of those on the day of your treatment, we will kindly have to ask the customer to pay for the treatment.

The price of any product includes VAT when applicable
